B&R Group is a consultancy specialized in coaching organizational change processes in order to strenghten the organization's vitality and productivity through working specifically on the unwritten rules in the organization.

Organizational change initiatives often fail due to insufficient consideration of the unwritten rules and their effects (both negative and positive) and too much focus on the 'top of the iceberg': the structures and systems. We both look above and under the water and are therefore effective.

We have developed delta 5 in co-makership with FrieslandCampina. delta 5 is a methodology to measure (step 1), analyze (step 2) and strenghten (step 3) organizational change. Step 2 entails an indept analysis of the unwritten rules in order to understand the way the organization is learning.
