Advisors

Dr. Johan Boudewijns
is the founder and prinicpal advisor. He studied, achieved a doctorate degree and taught at the Management School of the Radboud University in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. He studied temporarily at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom and the University of California at Berkeley in the United States. Since 2001 he is working as a management consultant.

As a consultant he has guided organizations in changing their organizational culture and creating a learning organization. He coaches executive boards and manages large scale organizational changes. Science and practice are integrated with Johan Boudewijns. With his method, as discussed in his dissertation ‘Unwritten Rules in perspective, a method for diagnosing organizational learning competence’ he makes organizational culture tangible and thus changeable.
Besides his work as a consultant, he conducts Master classes at company Academies and was a guest lecturer at the Universities of Amsterdam, Nijmegen and Nyenrode and regularly gives presentations, lectures and workshops.
