Dr. Johan Boudewijns
studied, achieved a doctorate degree and taught at the Management School of the Radboud University in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. He studied temporarily at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom and the University of California at Berkeley in the United States. Since 2001 he is working as a management consultant.

As a consultant he has guided organizations in changing their organizational culture and creating a learning organization. Science and practice are integrated with Johan Boudewijns. With his method, as discussed in his dissertation ‘Unwritten Rules in perspective, a method for diagnosing organizational learning competence’ he makes organizational culture tangible and thus changeable.
Besides his work as a consultant, he conducts Master classes at KLM, a program with the University of Nyenrode and regularly gives presentations, lectures and workshops. He is one of the founders of the Boudewijns & Roemen Group.

Nils Roemen
works since 1998 with his firm as trainer and coach. From his affinity with theatre and his background as drama therapist Nils developed the ‘Theatre-method’: a unique method to increase effectiveness in influencing people. It is a result-oriented, confrontational and clarifying method.

Besides working as a trainer and developer of the theatre-method, Nils has developed a method for gaining self confidence in cooperation with VU University Amsterdam. Central in this training is besides the skill, also the daring to actually practice learned behaviour.
