Background

When your ambition is to grow and improve fundamentally, your process needs to be equally fundamental. The Boudewijns & Roemen Group encompasses many years of expertise and experience in organisation consultancy, training, coaching and research. One of our conclusions is that learning new and more effective behavior will only be effective when it is thouroughly embedded in the organisation.

For that particular reason, Nils Roemen and Johan Boudewijns founded the BR-Group: a highly effective training method combined with a method that makes it possible to anchor change in the organization. The result is a way of working that leads to lasting organizational development. The BR-Group has been strengthened with senior project managers specialized in realizing change, some talented juniors and a group of trainers and actors.

The iceberg is an image of organisations: 90% is beneath the surface. It is our job and expertise to let our clients grasp this 90%.

The unwritten rules method and the trainingsmethod are developed by the founders of the BR-Groep.

Nils Roemen developed the effective training method. He used principles of theater to develop the very effective trainingsmethod.
This method was the basis of the succesful (commercial) trainings he did with Banking-and Assurance Companies. The BR-Groep uses these same principles in managementtrainings.

Dr. Johan Boudewijns developed the unwritten rules method. With this method, starting out with Scott-Morgan's material presented in 'The Unwritten rules of the Game', the unwritten rules are mapped and analysed in order to surface barrieres both and catalysts to change. His research and method lead to a doctors degree at the Radboud University, faculty of management science.
